Snuggle up with our natural wool comforter. This style is our regular wool comforter that suits most people. It is filled with 100% pure wool and covered with an organic cotton Sateen fabric (250 threads per inch). The Cool Comfort style is perfect for the warmer months. Double stitched on edges and hand tied every 8" and around perimeter to prevent wool from shifting. Now with corner ties for securing into your duvet cover. We use only cotton thread (no poly blends). Each comforter is hand made in the USA exclusively by Holy Lamb Organics.

Care

Sunning your comforter periodically will keep it refreshed and revitalize the wool. Spot clean as needed. Treat stains by soaking area with hydrogen peroxide (note, this may cause lightening of fabric). Can be machined washed in cold water. Manually set to soak and spin cycles only. Do not use the wash cycle, which agitates and can ruin your comforter. For stained items, add a dose of live cultured enzymes (such as Bac-Out by Biokleen) during soak. Drape in the sun or warm place to dry. Do not wring or machine dry. Place in a washable duvet cover for extra protection.

The scent of wool - Our wool, both natural and organic, is cleaned and processed naturally without the use of harsh chemicals. That's why you may notice the mild sweet scent of sunny farm pastures when you receive your new wool product. The wool retains 1% of the naturally occurring lanolin oil, which helps condition the fibers and keep them fluffy and soft for years to come. Most customers find the scent dissipates within a few days.

The Perfect Comforter
I bought the Perfect Comforter, and it really is perfect! I am always cold, and this comforter provides the perfect amount of warmth! I no longer need all the layers and layers of blankets! This comforter is warm, but still lightweight. I would highly recommend this comforter!

I absolutely love my wool comforter. My husband and I have very different sleeping temperatures, so I bought a twin-sized comforter for my side of the bed and it is perfect. I never get too hot or too cold and the filling doesn't slide around or clump up. It is the perfect weight and softness year-round.
