Care

Sunning your topper periodically will keep it refreshed and revitalize the wool.

• Deep Sleep and Ultimate toppers are not machine washable. Spot clean as needed. Treat stains by soaking area with hydrogen peroxide (note, this may cause lightening of fabric).

• Crib toppers can be machine soaked in cold water. Manually set to soak and spin cycles only. Do not use the wash cycle, which agitates and can ruin your topper. For stained items, add a dose of live cultured enzymes (such as Bac-Out by Biokleen) during soak. Drape in the sun or warm place to dry. Do not wring or machine dry.

For even wear and optimum comfort, we recommend alternately flipping (turning over) and rotating (head to foot) your topper periodically. Do this once a week for the first few months, then every few months as needed.

The scent of wool - Our wool, both natural and organic, is cleaned and processed naturally without the use of harsh chemicals. That's why you may notice the mild sweet scent of sunny farm pastures when you receive your new wool product. The wool retains 1% of the naturally occurring lanolin oil, which helps condition the fibers and keep them fluffy and soft for years to come. Most customers find the scent dissipates within a few days.

The Rejuvenation Organic Millet Pillow is made for side sleepers. It provides a great solution for side sleepers who need 4 inches of pillow height. Most pillows don't give you that much which is why many wake with their neck in an uncomfortable position. You end up wakening and trying to adjust the pillow. Once your head and neck are aligned and cradled in the buckwheat pillow you have a better chance at staying asleep.

With the dual chamber design you get a generous foundation of moldable hulls to keep your head elevated and your neck aligned and a soft layer of wool batting on top to cushion your face and ear. We understand the social concern of using animal skins and pelts. We believe NO sheep should ever be raised for its skin alone. Thus, we strictly require our manufacturers to source sheepskin material from abattoirs and packers as by-product of meat, which is critically different from wild animal fur. Just like leather from cattle hides, which is beef by-product in the meat industry, sheepskin is by-product of lamb meat. All raw skins that abattoirs and packers gather originally come from farmers that raise sheep primarily for meat instead of their skins. Most value of a sheep is derived from selling the meat and only little derived from the sheepskin itself. As the business adheres to humanity and sustainability, THE MOOD team and its business owner does not raise sheep. Care

• Regular sunning and airing will naturally revitalize and disinfect your pillowcase.
• You may spot clean the cotton cover with a soft brush and mild detergent, allowing it to air dry completely.
• The pillowcase can be machine washed in cold water on the wool or delicate cycle without agitation. Use an approved wool detergent. Do not spin. Air dry or tumble dry on low heat. Do not bleach.
• For major stains that get through the pillow cover, we recommend eco-friendly dry cleaning on a short cycle with limited moisture.

A nice hand tufted wool comforter just right for the winter chills! Wool is one of the most optimal fill choices for comforters due to its natural temperature regulating properties and bacterial resistance. This comforter features an organic cotton damask outer and organically processed ecowool for the inner. The 240 TC damask outer is sturdier than a cheap sateen outer, great for those with dogs, children, or who just prefer quality.

Our organically processed Ecowool, although not certified organic, we have found to be of equivalent purity to certified organic wool. In addition, Ecowool is from USA sheep, making it a great way to support our local economy! The comforter is GOTS certified damask and is hand tufted to prevent shifting.

Regular fill is optimal for areas which get very cold during the winter like Chicago and New York. This comforter does not work as an all seasons comforter like the light fill does. Some people like a heavier weight on their bodies, or live in a very cold home. But for an average 68 degree home at night, regular/medium is great. 

Light fill is great for all season, even in warm areas like California. Light and airy with a lot of breath-ability to help maintain body temperature. 

All of our wool comforters are spot clean only. A duvet cover is recommended to keep outer from getting soiled.

It consists of two comforters that tie together, allowing you to take one off when the warm weather arrives. Hand tufted every 8 inches to keep the wool securely in place. Now with corner ties for securing into your duvet cover. Care:

Our naturally liquid resistant super soft felted wool pad is designed to keep your mattress or any surface protected.  Made with untreated organically processed EcoWool from the USA and felted using only water, instead of the chemical additives most companies use. Great for keeping your mattress safe from liquids or stains. Although the wool used is not certified organic, we have found the wool to be of equivalent purity to certified organic wool. Minimal washing is needed due to the natural bacterial resistance and mold resistance of wool when it is unbleached like ours.

Machine wash on delicate and hang dry. You do not need to wash if it gets a little pee on it, the bacteria won't grow on this wool so when it is dry, it will not smell. Add 1/4 cup of vinegar to the load to increase softness.

This pad lays flat on top of the mattress and secured with cotton rubber elastic on each corner. We do recommend using this pad in conjunction with another pad (or layer of protection) for ultimate protection and ease of use (the additional pad would absorb the liquid and should be machine washable/dryable). It would go on top of the moisture pad but still under the fitted sheet (so the order would be from bottom to top: mattress, moisture pad, cotton or other pad, and then fitted sheet).

Made with an organic cotton sateen lining in an organic cotton canvas outer shell and filled with a generous amount of breathable, domestically sourced premium eco wool batting. Hand tufting keeps the wool securely in place. YKK snag-resistant zipper around the side and lower edge. Two sleeping bags of the same size can be zipped together for partner sleeping. The sleeping bag is rated for summertime use (+32°F). Wool is an excellent insulator and wicks moisture away from your body, creating a comfy environment for car camping or sleeping under the stars. For reference, the wool weight in our sleeping bags is equivalent to that used in our Extra Warmth Wool Comforter. Care

Sunning your sleeping bag periodically will keep it refreshed and revitalize the wool. Spot clean as needed. Treat stains by soaking area with hydrogen peroxide (note, this may cause lightening of fabric). Can be machined washed in cold water. Manually set to soak and spin cycles only. Do not use the wash cycle, which agitates and can ruin your sleeping bag. For stained items, add a dose of live cultured enzymes (such as Bac-Out by Biokleen) during soak. Drape in the sun or warm place to dry. Do not wring or machine dry. The instructions in our comforter care video apply to our sleeping bags as well. 

The scent of wool - Our wool, both natural and organic, is cleaned and processed naturally without the use of harsh chemicals. That's why you may notice the mild sweet scent of sunny farm pastures when you receive your new wool product. The wool retains 1% of the naturally occurring lanolin oil, which helps condition the fibers and keep them fluffy and soft for years to come. Most customers find the scent dissipates within a few days.
