Reduces headaches with regular use
Small - 9"x15" - Perfect for the small of the back for extra support while reading or sitting up in bed. Great for driving and camping.
Medium - 12"x16" - Great size for traveling! The medium size supports the neck and lower back.
Large - 14"x20" - The "new" standard sleeping pillow size. This allows for proper support needed for a healthy night's sleep. Perfect for back, side and stomach sleepers.
Height of the pillows depends on the size; e.g. the Small is about 1-1.5", the Medium about 1.5-2" and the Large 3-3.5".

What is the difference between buckwheat and millet hulls?

BOTH PILLOWS ARE EQUALLY FIRM AS WE SLEEP ON THEM; THEY OFFER THE EXACT SAME NECK SUPPORT. THE MAIN DIFFERENCE LIES IN THE TEXTURE OF THE FILLING:

Buckwheat hulls are large hulls that trap a lot of air which is then blown through the pillow when we move in our sleep. Buckwheat hulls rustle when we move. Millet hulls are tiny, they make no sound when they move and the filling feels smooth and velvety.

Millet hulls are not softer than buckwheat hulls, but they do feel more velvety because they are so tiny, round, and smooth.

All hull pillows are temperate (they do not take on heat in the summer or cold in the winter). Buckwheat hulls ventilate more easily given their large irregular shape. This will make a difference for those who tend to perspire at night and wake up to a damp pillow every morning).

Care: Empty all the hulls into an appropriate size bag. Do not wash pillow with hulls inside. Wash on cold setting and air dry. Replace the hulls. Tip use a wide funnel to pour the hulls back into the case. This makes the job a lot easier. Wash the pillow protector on cold and dry on low heat. It will shrink to fit after first wash.

Wonderful pillow
I'm glad I got the largest size which is the same as the pillows I was use to. The cover material was good. Using any filling other than artificial fluff or down was new to me, but I loved the hulls day one. The pillow is comfortable and super supportive. I let it air out for a day then the odor didnt bother me. I though the noise might bother my wife but it hasn't.

Millet pillow
I like that it's moldable to my head and neck and provides support. I've always used shredded foam pillows so I'm missing the softness of those but I'm hopeful that this pillow may help alleviate some of my neck pains.

Very Comfortable
I had a chance to try a buckwheat pillow from my acupuncturist and although I liked the idea I felt it was a bit "hard" to sleep on. I did research and found this Millet pillow and I LOVE it. It was very full when I received it but there was also an extra pouch of millet for later if it got too soft. As it turned out I found myself taking OUT quite a bit and now am very comfortable (you have to keep trying until you get just the right fill). Because the millet is smooth it just seems to feel more natural to me. I haven't tried washing the cover yet (be careful because the millet is loose in the cover) but it seems very sturdy/well made.

Sachi Organics Buckwheat Pillow
I LOVE my new pillow. My car had been robbed and my previous buckwheat pillow (that I had for over 20 years) was stolen. I was heartbroken. Why would someone steal a pillow? (stupid thieves) I loved that pillow. This pillow is equally as wonderful. I am so grateful to have found your company and to find another great Buckwheat pillow. I am a buckwheat pillow sleeper. That's what has worked for me for more than 20 years. I highly recommend this pillow if you are looking for support and a great night's sleep.
