The Cotton Fitness Mat is covered in sturdy cotton canvas and stuffed with pure cotton batting. The Cotton Fitness Mat brings comfort to your exercise, relaxation or massage. This extra thick mat is great for Yoga or Pilates and is especially useful for those needing extra padding.The attached roll-up ties allow for easy storage and can be used as a bolster and the attached shoulder strap makes for easy transport.

Approximately 36" wide x 72" long x just under 2" thick.  Approximately 12" (round) when rolled up.  Made in the USA.

Fabric is 10 oz. Cotton and the 2” batting adds a firm grip once placed on the floor.

Organic version is 100% organic from the 10 oz. Organic Cotton with the interior Organic Cotton Batting. 

Feel once mat is on the floor is hard, yet with good cushion and support for practice, especially during a retreat.

The Cotton Fitness Mat comes with a carry strap for easy to carry, and roll up straps to tie the mat close and secure when carrying or storing away.  Consider adding the washable protective cotton cover sold separately.

Blue Lotus yoga bolsters are different from standard yoga bolsters. They are handmade with all-natural cotton batting and kapok. No foam is used at all. This is a natural fiber bolster that provides a softer surface while maintaining support and comfort. They are constructed with medium-weight cotton canvas and are stitched with nylon thread for strength.

Filled with all-natural cotton batting and kapok.  Measures 24L" x 8H".

Comes with removable cover.  Machine wash the cover in cold and tumble dry low.
