Free Shipping $99.00 and Over:

FREE GROUND SHIPPING via UPS, FedEx Ground or USPS Priority (Continental US Only - lower 48). Flat rate ground fee of $35 to Hawaii & Alaska for regular bedding products (sheets, pillowcases, mattress pads). Bulkier/large items (toppers, pillows & body pillows, floor mats, etc.) will incur additional fees - please contact us for a shipping quote. Flat rate to Canada is $55.

Important Shipping Information:

Most products are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. USPS Priority Mail is available for many products to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, AK, HI and Puerto Rico orders. Please note the usual time to ship when you place your order - this will give you an idea of when your order will ship. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for in transit time once the order ships (unless you chose expedited shipping). Shipments occur Monday through Friday only. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed next business day.

With respect to shipments of merchandise to consumers, wherever they may reside, title to the merchandise shall pass to the buyer upon delivery of the merchandise to the common carrier.

Returns & Exchanges:

Natural Linens wants you to be happy with your new purchase. Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

If you change your mind and wish to return/exchange your purchase, we will be happy to accept your return (new, unused product in original product packaging only). We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy. All returns must have a pre-approved RA# (Return Authorization Number) and we will provide you the specific returns address. Returns without an RA# and sent to an incorrect address cannot be guaranteed to be processed as a return, if the package is lost.

All product returned or exchanged MUST include original product packaging and all labels and tags. Returns must be pristine, free of hairs (including pet hair), household debris or odors/scents. All returns/exchanges must be IN NEW/UNUSED condition. Any items "refused" and returned without proper RA instructions, will be liable for a 25% restock fee which will be deducted from refund amount. Please note: SDH brand and Bellino brand products must remain unopened in order to be returned/exchanged.

Returning Products is Easy, Please Follow These Instructions:

1. Email us at Info@NaturalLinens.com to request a Return Authorization Number and we will contact you within 24-48 hours with the proper instructions and RA number (via email). No returns will be accepted without our Return Authorization Number. If you are unable to email, please call our customer service number and make an RA/Return request.

2. We will also provide you with the appropriate address where to ship your return. All returns must be shipped via trackable and/or insured carrier. This is so customer is protected in case of a lost package. Please keep your tracking number handy for reference.

3. Once we have received your package we will inspect the contents and if the product is in satisfactory condition we will refund the appropriate amount to the credit card you used for your original purchase.

Items Which Are Not Returnable:

• We do not accept returns of used or washed bedding. All returns of non-defective items must be in their original packaging and in "new/unused" condition, with all labels and tags intact. Free of household scents/debris, in pristine condition. Any product that is defective will either be replaced or accepted as a return. Please contact us for details. Please note: SDH brand and Bellino brand products must remain unopened in order to be returned/exchanged.

• Used or laundered apparel (i.e. robes, clothing).

• Customer damaged product (non-defective).

Exchanges: Free shipping applies to all orders shipping to the lower 48 states on orders over $99. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees but we will send out exchange item at no cost. Alaska and Hawaii have a different shipping fee structure.

Austin Air: Austin Air is committed to the highest standard of quality for each of their products. Every effort is made to ensure your merchandise is shipped from our location in Buffalo, New York in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your Austin Air purifier, you may return the item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt, and we will provide you with a refund, a replacement, or an exchange. You must request a Return Authorization Number before sending your returned item back to Austin Air Systems Limited.

Please Note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees of non-defective returns. If you receive an order that is defective, or differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt to advise of the problem. We will issue instruction for pickup/return of the defective item and send out a replacement as appropriate. Return shipping for items sent in error, or defective, will be paid by Natural Linens. Please allow 1-2 weeks for returns/refunds to be processed. Please also note: if package is "refused" and sent back to the shipping warehouse without an RA #, a 20% restock fee will be applied to refund (or if actual cost to ship is higher, that amount will be deducted). If package is lost or stolen as part of the refused action, no refund will be issued. Hence, the importance of getting the proper RA# and return instructions from us and not refusing the package.
